Balance is key



Your vagina’s health is much more complex than you may think. And a study in the American Journal of Obstetrics & Gynecology found that women who took cranberry after gynaecological surgery reduced the rate of UTI occurrence by half.


Prebiotics
Prebiotics are a dietary fibre that helps to boost the good bacteria that are already in the gut, such as probiotics. Generally food with high fibre contain high amount of prebiotics too i.e. apple with skin, chicory root, onion and garlic, dandelion greens.
